Run Your Car on Water

How can you run your car on water? Water doesn’t burn. In fact water is produced when certain things burn and it is used to put fires out. However, if you split the water molecules into hydrogen and oxygen, the resulting gas mixture is explosive. In fact it is more a more powerful explosive than a gasoline and air mixture.

Electricity from the car’s electrical system uses hydrolysis to split water into hydrogen and oxygen. The resulting mixture of gasses is known as “HHO”, “oxyhydrogen”, “hydroxygen”, or Brown’s gas. It is a mixture of two parts hydrogen and one part oxygen, and is quite explosive. It burns very clean because the only product of this reaction is water.

The HHO is produced as needed by the vehicle and fed directly into the air intake of the engine. There it combines with the fuel and air mixture. The resulting mixture burns faster and more completely than a gasoline and air mixture alone. As a result there is more torque, less ping, less emissions and better mileage. Drivers report a 30 percent to 50 percent increase in mileage.

To make a vehicle run on water only is possible, but the engine must be altered to use no gasoline. A Japanese automobile manufacturer already has a water fuel car ready for production. Other companies in other countries such as Australia and New Zealand are also jumping on the HHO bandwagon.

Almost all engines can be converted to run on HHO and gasoline without doing any modifications to the engine itself. The advantages of HHO conversions are increased engine performance, more power, cleaner emissions, less carbon build up in the engine, less ping and better mileage. The disadvantages are you must use pure distilled water as fuel because tap water turns brown during the hydrolysis.

Conversion kits are available online to convert your vehicle to a HHO hybrid. At the time of this writing, the kits cost $199 and up. They produce from 1.5 liters per minute up to 10 liters per minute of HHO, depending on the model. The 1.5 liter model will work on most automobiles. Big diesel engines can use the 10 liter model. eBooks with step by step instructions on how to build and install these units are available online too.
